Quinetta Buterbaugh

Quinetta Buterbaugh was born and raised in a small town, much like Bishopville, in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. She attended Purchase Line High School in Commodore, PA and, after graduation, Indiana University of Pennsylvania as a dual major in Journalism and Communications Media. After one year at IUP, she transferred to Cambria Rowe Business College, where she graduated with honors, earning an Associate Degree in Business Management with a minor in Computer Applications.
In 1996 she married her high school sweetheart, Dallas. They have two children who attend REL: Chace and Cassidy.
She wears many hats at REL as Technology Coordinator, Head of School's Assistant, Webmaster, and Grants Writer.
