Mrs. Shawn Manuel earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Francis Marion University in Elementary Education. She has 17 years teaching experience and currently teaches 4th grade. She and her husband Troy have two children attending REL: Thomas in 8th grade and Kristin in 4st grade.
