Look Who's Been Caught!

The following students have been caught red-handed "doing something good."  In an effort to draw attention to the good things our students are doing here for each other, teachers and staff have been asked to "report" all students caught in action.  The students are awarded a ribbon in recognition of their thoughtful behavior.

Breanna Irick, 2nd grader

Breanna spent her entire recess helping another student looking for his lost bracelet.

Taylor Gainey, 8th Grader

Taylor Gainey offered his flash drive for another student to use. The other student was having problems printing a report that was due soon.

Drew Watson, 1st Grader

Drew Watson stayed in from recess to help another child finish cleaning out her bucket in the classroom. He was not asked to help, but rather offered this help on his own.

Tracy Spencer, 9th Grader

Tracy Spencer got up from his seat and closed the door for his teacher without being asked after several students came through the door and were asked to close it but didn't.

Jordan McKnight, 2nd Grader

Jordan picked up paper towels that were all over the bathroom floor. Her teacher did not ask her to do it, she just did it to be kind.

Emma Logan, 2nd Grade

During French time, a classmate was struggling to answer a question. Emma asked if she could answer for the classmate, who was almost in tears because she couldn't come up with the answer. When Emma answered correctly, the French students gave Emma her prize, but Emma got up out of her desk and gave her prize to the distressed classmate.

Sarah Houser, 11th Grader

Sarah did something very responsible which showed great character.

Justin Bell and Greer Shirley, 11th Graders

Justin and Greer were concerned about one of the elementary students and shared their concern with his teacher. This responsible behavior was appreciated by both his teacher and his parents.

Jonathan Wazney, 7th Grade

Jonathan paid for two friends to go to the volleyball challenge. They did not ask for him to pay.

Bonnie Bailey, 11th Grader

Bonnie volunteers to leave last for lunch from Mrs. Weathersbee's room to shut the door and turn off the lights. She helps Mrs. Weathersbee without having to be asked.
